Day 25

I LOVE days when I don’t have to do anything at all, lol 🙂 I was looking for an easy recipe for dinner, and I found the taco-stuffed sweet potato recipe below on Pinterest.  I would recommend it- definitely one of my favorites so far!

Breakfast:

  • 1 egg over easy
  • 1 homemade pork sausage
  • 1-8 oz cup of coffee with almond milk

Snack:

  • Fruit (watermelon, cherries)
  • Handful of almonds

Dinner:
