Day 27

With only 3 days left on the Whole30, I keep thinking about what I’m going to do when this is over.  I found this really great post about re-introducing non-Whole30 foods into your diet after the 30 days.  I think the idea of re-introducing foods back into your diet by food group is smart.

Breakfast:

  • 2 slices of Frittata (see Day 1 for recipe)
  • Fruit (and LOTS of it…banana, mango, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries)
  • 2-10 oz cups of coffee with coconut milk

Lunch:

  • Leftover taco-stuffed potato (this time I used a regular russet potato)
  • Grapes

Snack:

  • 1/2 apple with cinnamon

Dinner:

  • Pan Fried White Fish (instead of flour, we used ground almonds)
  • Sautéed spinach
  • Diced sautéed sweet potatoes
  • Salad with romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red bell peppers, carrots and radish with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
