Day 30

I cannot believe I’m saying this, but I’m a little sad to be done with the Whole30!  This month has taught me so much about how to eat healthier and shop smarter.  I would definitely recommend this program to anyone.  Whether you feel like you need to lose weight, have digestive issues or just want to have more energy overall, this program will benefit you.

If nothing else, I hope this blog was able to give you some recipe ideas and help you get a better understanding of the Whole30.  Have a great holiday weekend everyone!!

Breakfast:

  • No’tmeal with blueberries
  • 2-10 oz cups of coffee with coconut milk

Lunch:

  • Leftover braised chicken thighs
  • Leftover diced sautéed sweet potatoes

Snack:

Dinner:
